Can I make early payments on Nelo?
Yes. With Nelo you can pay before your due date or pay off your full balance with no penalty. Keep in mind that paying early does not reduce the interest agreed in your contract, and your credit becomes available again as soon as the payment is reflected in the system.

How do I make an early payment?
The same as any payment: open the “Payments” section of your app, tap “Make payment” and send an SPEI transfer to your unique STP CLABE for the amount you want to pay or settle.
Do early payments improve my streak or credit line?
Streaks only increase once per fortnight, so early or extra payments do not generate additional streaks. What does help your line grow gradually is paying on time and using your credit frequently.
