How do I know when and how much I have to pay?
Before accepting your loan, Nelo shows you exactly how much and when you will pay. Afterwards you can check it anytime under "Make a payment" in the bottom menu of the app.
Where do I check my payment schedule?
Open the app and go to the second tab in the bottom menu ("Make a payment"). There you see each installment amount and its due date.
Do I see it before accepting?
Yes. The amount, the number of installments and the dates are shown when you request the loan, so you decide with full information before accepting.
