How can I pay my loan?
You can pay your Nelo loan by transfer to your unique STP CLABE, which you’ll find in the app under "Make a payment" in the bottom menu. You can also pay in cash at stores like OXXO.

Can I pay at OXXO?
Yes. If you don't have a bank account, ask an agent on WhatsApp or at hola@nelo.mx for a link to pay at an OXXO store. The payment may take a little while to reflect, so do it ahead of your due date.
Paying at a bank branch
Go to your bank and request a transfer charged to your account with this information: receiving bank STP (Sistema de Transferencias y Pagos), the unique CLABE shown in the “Payments” section of your app and, as beneficiary, your own name, since the account is in your name.
Don't have a bank account?
You can transfer to your CLABE from apps like Mercado Pago (subject to that provider's terms), or ask a trusted family member or friend: the payment does not need to come in the Nelo account holder's name. You can also request a link to pay at OXXO.
Payment not showing?
Payments can take a few hours to process, or be delayed by issues at the sending bank. To prove your transfer, get your CEP (electronic payment receipt) from the Banxico portal or request it from your bank, and share it with support.
