Yes. If you don't have a bank account, you can pay your Nelo loan in cash at an OXXO store. Ask an agent on WhatsApp or at hola@nelo.mx for a payment link to do it at the counter.

- Message a Nelo agent on WhatsApp or at hola@nelo.mx.
- Request your OXXO payment link.
- Go to an OXXO store and pay in cash with the reference.
- Keep your receipt; the payment may take a little while to reflect.
When should you do it?
Pay ahead of your due date, since reflecting the payment in your account can take a few hours.
OXXO payment costs and timing
- OXXO charges a fee of about $15 MXN for the payment.
- The payment can take up to 2 business days to be reflected: make it ahead of your due date.
- The payment link is valid for 3 days; if it expires, request a new one.
- The reference accepts a single payment for the exact amount: overpayments are not refunded. If you need to pay this way again, request another link.
