Verify your identity and start using Nelo.
By verifying your identity you will get access to credit that can grow as you pay your loans on time. Most of our users manage to increase from $300 to at least $2,000 pesos in the first 2 months of use.
How to verify your identity?
Open your Nelo app and tap the section at the top that says "Verify your Identity".
- Take two photos of your INE: Take two legible photos of your ID on both sides with good lighting. It's important that we know it's you using the app.
- Take photos of your face: Follow the instructions to take photos of your face from several angles. Make sure you are in a well-lit place and if possible with a light background.
