How to change your phone number?

If you no longer have access to the phone number registered to your Nelo account, or you have a new number and want to update it, follow these steps:

Open the app and tap LOG IN.
Select: Did you change your number? Update your account.
Tap the RESET MY PHONE NUMBER button.
Enter your CURP.
Enter your personal PIN.
You will receive a one-time code at the email address registered to your Nelo account.
Enter the code you received in the app.
Register your new phone number and you're done — it will be updated.
When you log in, the one-time code will be sent to your new number via WhatsApp.
