How to recover your PIN?

If you forgot your PIN, want to update it, or locked your access by entering it incorrectly, follow these steps to change it:

Open your Nelo app.
Enter the phone number registered to your Nelo account.
You will receive a code via WhatsApp which you must enter in your app.
When asked to enter your PIN, find and select the I FORGOT IT option.
You will receive a code at the email you registered with your account. Check all folders if you don't see it in your main inbox (spam, junk, promotions).
Enter the code you received.
Set your new 4-digit PIN — it cannot be the same as the previous one.

Done! Your PIN has been updated.
