How to access your Nelo account from a new device?
To access Nelo from a new device, install the app and sign in with the same phone number registered to your account. You will receive a verification code by WhatsApp to confirm your access.
Steps to sign in
- Install the Nelo app on your new device.
- Sign in with the same phone number registered to your account.
- Enter the verification code sent by WhatsApp.
- Enter your PIN to access your account.
Not getting the code?
Check that you have good signal and that WhatsApp is active on the registered number. If you changed numbers, first update it following the "change phone number" process.
