What are streaks in Nelo?
Streaks show how many consecutive fortnights you have paid your Nelo loans on time. Every time you reach a streak goal you receive a credit increase. You can track your progress in the “Account” section of your app, and if a payment is late, the streak resets.
How streaks work
- Your streak only grows in fortnights when you have active loans and pay on time.
- Streaks update once per period: at most 1 streak per fortnight.
- Early or extra payments do not generate additional streaks.
- If you miss a payment, the streak breaks and you start over the next fortnight.
Where do I see my streak?
If you get a notification saying you are on a streak, open the “Account” section of your Nelo app: there you'll see your progress toward your next goal.
Streaks and credit increases
Reaching streak goals is one of the ways to receive line increases. It complements the other habits Nelo rewards: paying on time, covering your installment amounts and using your credit frequently.
