How do I become a VIP user?
Complete the VIP Challenge: accumulate $5,000 in payments to your Nelo credit and pay 8 consecutive fortnights on time. You will get a notification in your app when you become a candidate. Early payments don't count toward the challenge: what matters is paying on time and for the agreed amount.
What is VIP Plus?
VIP Plus is an additional membership available to VIP users, with extra benefits such as the physical card backed by Mastercard, which lets you use your Nelo credit at physical and online stores worldwide.
