How can I get the VIP Plus physical card?
The VIP Plus physical card is a physical credit card you can use anywhere Mastercard is accepted. To get it you must be a Nelo customer with VIP status, of legal age, with Mexican nationality and address, a valid INE, a CURP, and receive an invitation to request it.

- Be a Nelo customer with VIP status.

- Have an address in Mexico.
- Have a valid INE.
- Have your CURP.
- Receive an invitation to request your physical Nelo card.
How do I become VIP?
First you need VIP status, achieved by completing the VIP Challenge: accrue $5,000 in payments and pay 8 consecutive installments on time.

Cut-off and payment dates
Your card has two monthly cut-off dates: the 10th and the 25th. You have until the 15th or the 30th to pay, just like your Nelo loans; if the day is a non-business day, the date moves to the last business day of the fortnight. You can also finance any transaction in fortnightly installments from your app.
